Pictured: Bathroom vent fan, light switch and power outlet. The vent fan was repeatedly  clogged by cellulose and various dust fibers. The exhaust fan apparently  pulled fibers from the duct vent and from openings in the attic made for wiring run down through the walls from the attic. Some of the fibers can be seen collected within the outlets, showing cellulose had multiple points of entry into the home.

(update on this page) Cellulose insulation has not reappeared in the pictured areas since sealing the ductwork and attic.
